Matt Watson-Power

Meet Matt

Matt’s been at the coal face of digital UX for 25 years. From Video Games to Insurance, PetroChem to Travel & Tourism, Publishing to Retail; He’s worked the seams of many of it’s rich and varied sectors, both agency side and client side. He’s learned that if there’s one thing ties all of these worlds together it’s that putting The User at the heart of every decision is key to their success.

Over the last year-and-a-half he’s been leading UX for George.com, dabbled in Asda Grocery goodness and dipped his toe into the Silicon Valley Walmart eCommerce way.

Claire Williams

Meet Claire

I lead the UX & Design team at Aldermore Bank. I’ve worked in digital for over 15 years for many different industries in many different roles so I’ve seen it all come and go. What strikes me most about digital is that if you put the customer first and keep it simple you’ll always have a successful product and that’s why throughout my career I’ve always gravitated back to UX. I have two children who keep me busy beyond words and a love of films and the great outdoors.
